Shenzhen Yicheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 and is headquartered in Shenzhen. As a national high-tech enterprise, Shenzhen specialized and innovative enterprise, and small giant enterprise, the company invested in the construction of "Nanxiong Yicheng Chemical Co., Ltd." in Nanxiong City, Guangdong Province in 2009, and acquired "Zhuhai Lianding Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd." in 2016.

The company has an independent research and development center and has established long-term partnerships with well-known enterprises in Japan, South Korea, Europe, America, Taiwan, Hong Kong, as well as universities such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Changsha University of Science and Technology, and Hunan University of Technology.

Dr. Zhang Shaodong, a recipient of the "Youth Thousand Talents Program" from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, has been specially invited to conduct research on self-assembled organic molecules (copper surface bonding agents, organic weldable protective agents, etc.) for our company.

The team led by Professor Xiao Zhongliang and Professor Wu Daoxin, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Power and Transportation Material Protection in Hunan Province, conducted research on chemical plating and electroplating products (chemical nickel gold, nickel palladium gold, chemical copper, chemical tin, electroplated copper) for our company.

The company's main products are wet process products related to PCB (including FPC). The newly developed products cover carrier boards and semiconductor process products, especially gold sulfite and its gold plating solution, OSP for FC flip chip process carrier boards, and thick nickel plating for Semiconductor chemical plating.
